LL.B. (3 Year)

To start your advocate practice in the Supreme Court, you need to be an Advocate on Record. An Advocate on Record is an advocate who is entitled under the Order 4 of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 to act as or for a party in the Supreme Court of India. So, you need some qualifications to join the Supreme Court of India.

LL.B. (5 Year)

The objective of 5-year LLB is not any different from the 3-year LLB programme. The only difference is that the programme also focuses on basic graduation level subjects apart from core law education.

M.J.P. Rohilkhand University was established in 1975 as an affiliating University. Its status was upgraded to affiliating-cum-residential university in 1985 when four teaching Departments were established in the campus. In 1987 three more Departments were added.

The UGC of India is a statutory body set up by the Indian Union government in accordance to the UGC Act 1956 under Ministry of H.R.D., and is charged with coordination, determination and maintenance of standards of higher education.

The Bar Council of India is a statutory body established under the section 4 of advocates Act 1961 that regulates the legal practice and legal education in India. Its members are elected from amongst the lawyers in India and as such represents the Indian bar.
